We offer a 30-day Money Back Guarantee with the exception of FINAL SALE ITEMS. Merchandise that is marked FINAL SALE is sold as is and can not be returned or exchanged, and all sales are final. International orders are also not returnable or exchangeable and all sales are final. To qualify for a refund, all items must be returned within 30 days from date of receipt. Items received after 30 days will not be accepted for return and will be shipped back to you. The only exception is during the Holiday season: Orders placed between November 1-December 25 can be returned until January 15.
Original shipping fee and return shipping fee are not refundable. All items must be returned in their original condition and original packaging (gift box, velvet pouch, etc.) We are not responsible for items that are damaged during return shipping, so be sure to package them securely (padded envelopes are usually not sufficient without additional padding ex. bubble wrap). We will not accept returns if items arrive in any condition other than the original; we will return such items to you. If you reject that return shipment, Overstockjeweler.com reserves the right to liquidate the inventory and withhold your credit and all costs related to return shipping must be paid by the customer.
All returns will be processed within 5 days of receipt. Credits issued may take 3-4 business days to show
on your statement.
FREE SHIPPING POLICY
If you have received a free shipping offer and you return the entire purchase and/ or your returns drop your total purchase below the minimum amount required for free shipping, a flat rate shipping fee will be deducted from your credit. Your return will be processed within 7 days of receipt. You will receive an e-mail to the address given on your original order, notifying you of receipt of the item and credit issued.
FREE GIFT POLICY
If you have received a free gift and your returns drop the total of your order below the minimum required for free gift, your refund will be deducted for the value of the gift.
If you need to make a return or exchange, please download the return form and fill it in. Don't forget to write down your order number on the form and enclose it in your return package.
EXCHANGE POLICY
Exchanges can only be made for the same items only. If you are interested in exchanging for different items, you will need to return the original purchase for refund and then place a new order. FINAL SALE items cannot be exchanged or returned, nor can ENGRAVED merchandise be returned or exchanged.
