Return within 30 days of delivery date (except Pre-Holiday purchases)

Orders placed during the Pre Christmas Holiday Season, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and Father's Day qualify for the extended 45-day return and exchange.
Items must be returned in their original condition including gift boxes and velvet pouches.
For exchanges, please specify the item, color, and size in detail on the return/exchange form.
Final sale and engraved items are not returnable.

Note: Items returned after 30 days from date received may not be accepted unless authorized. If order is shipped back to you and you choose to reject that returned shipment, OverstockJeweler.com reserves the right to deny chargeback, liquidate merchandise, and charge for additional incurred shipping. Returns that are accepted past the allowed time will only be eligible for store credit.

For your convenience, we have included a prepaid standard USPS label (domestic only). Simply attach the label to the outside of your package. If you wish to have a receipt of your return, please purchase a delivery confirmation at your local post office. If return value is over $100, we recommend that you insure your package at the post office for your protection against loss.

If you chose any shipping method other than FREE SHIPPING during checkout, shipping fee will not be refunded.

Free shipping does not apply to APO and the following states and territories: Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam and U.S. Virgin Islands.

Free Shipping is based on the total of your order. If your return drops your total below the required minimum, you are no longer entitled to free shipping. Your refund will be deducted $2.99

Free gift return policy

The free gift is based on the total of your order. If your return drops below the total required minimum, you are no longer entitled to a free gift. If you decide to keep the gift, you will be charged the reduced price of $9.99.

Return Policy for International Orders

We do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders. Due to the expenses associated with shipping, including custom and brokerage fees, it is not fiscally feasible to accept international returns. All international orders are thoroughly inspected prior to shipping to ensure that our customers receive the correct item ordered. Your satisfaction is important to us. We want you to be completely happy with your jewelry purchase. In the event that your package is damaged during shipping, contact us immediately so that a claim can be filed with the carrier. We will either ship you a replacement or issue a refund after the claim is granted.

REFUNDS - Allow 7-14 BUSINESS DAYS For credit

Once your return is processed, you will receive a return confirmation email. Credit will only be issued to the credit card or type of payment used on your original order. Depending on your issuing bank and billing cycle, credit may show up on your following statement.
