The bracelet is beautiful. Not as heavy as I thought it would be though. I sent an email to Overstock Jeweler a week ago stating that I was dissatisfied with their delivery service and I have not heard anything from them. I don\'t think I will buy from here again.

I wrote an earlier review regarding my disappointment with the delivery service (ordered for Christmas, did not arrive till after), but I would like to revise that statement. They finally contacted me by phone to apologize about not contacting me. Beautiful bracelet and (now) great customer service.
