I was disappointed when I received my order. It looks a lot different from the online photo. It came in a cheap clear plastic box/case, something that you would get from 99 cents store. I’m sending it back as I am writing this review. But, the good I can say about is the customer service lady that I spoken to was pretty nice, didn’t give me hard time about me sending it back so I would definitely buy a different product from Overstock Jeweler again
