The actual key chain was exactly as described, however, I was very disappointed with the engraving. It was very small and very hard to read; had I not been mailing it to my daughter for Christmas I would have asked you to redo it. Unfortunately, I did not have time to ask you to redo it and still get it to my daughter in time for Christmas.
