I bought these for my wedding because they were unique and fit my theme. I put them on when they arrived and one of the posts broke off.
When I called, the associate told me they were out of stock and would not be able to do anything to help me. They did not offer to send something else, they only said I could send them back and get a refund or replace them. When I asked about replacing them, I was told that they would not ship until the broken ones were received and my order was processed.
