The key necklace is good quality and highly recommend the item. The only reason it lost one star is because the key is attached to a hoop that doesn\'t seem to match the quality of the rest of the necklace. I was very happy with the customer service. The delivery was made in a timely manner.

There was one major flaw with the pendant we received, the key shaft was not perfectly straight. It was very obvious when viewing it about 24\" away that the quality just wasn\'t what I had expected. When viewing it farther away it looks OK. My wife was content with it considering the price but I doubt I\'ll order anything else from here. Four stars for price, maybe two stars for quality.
