The heart had a slight scratch on it but all in all it was a beautiful piece of jewelry. The photo is exactly the way it looks. The chain was a good weight not too light. We did not get the heart engraved but I think that would be a very nice touch. We were very happy with this piece as was the girl we gave it to. The Shipping and receiving was awesome, very timely. We will definitely order from you again!

The necklace is beautiful and shiny, perfect length for my 9 yr old daughter too, a great size overall. The only dissappointment was that the engraving could have been larger on the heart. I used her name which has five letters and its really small. Other than that, it\'s a great piece of jewelry!
