By uploading the photos you are agreeing to the following statements. Please be sure to read the following prior to uploading your image.

The photos you upload must be your photo and no else’s. Contest deadline for a month is the 30th day of every month. All entries submitted after that date will be placed into consideration for the STYLE AWARD to be issued the next month. Applicants must be 18 years or older to enter contest.

The prize is not redeemable in cash and must be accepted as Overstockjeweler.com gift certificate. By entering the contest the winner authorizes the use, without additional compensation of his or her name and/or likeness and/photograph and municipality of residence for promotion and/or advertising purposes in any manner and in any medium. In accepting the prize, the winner, and any guest(s), acknowledges that Overstockjeweler.com may not be held liable for any loss, damages or injury associated with accepting or using this prize(s). Decisions of the contest judges are final - no substitutions will be available.
