All UPS expedited shipping methods (3-day Select, 2-day Air or Next Day service) are counted after processing day and by business days only (not including weekend or holiday).
FREE SHIPPING POLICY
Free shipping promo only applies to domestic USA orders when requirements are met. The free Shipping offer does not apply to orders that are shipped to Hawaii, Alaska and/ or Puerto Rico. If you return partial or your entire purchase, and your total purchase drops below the minimum required for free shipping then a flat rate shipping fee will be deducted from your total refund.
FREE GIFT POLICY
If you have received a free gift and your returns drop the total of your purchase below the minimum required for free gift, your refund will be deducted for the value of the gift.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping via United States Postal Service Global Express Mail. For Canadian Orders - Please select USPS Global Priority Mail $19 during checkout. It is a flat rate International shipping that is available for Canadian address only. Other countries besides Canada will have to choose USPS Global Express Mail $25 USD. The shipping fee reflected is not including customs fee that you might have to pay upon delivery. Customs fees are required by some countries and are beyond our control. We are not responsible for any customs fee that you have to pay. Please check with your local post office for any rules and regulations regarding customs.
We ship all International orders via USPS Global Express Mail. While this is a rapid delivery method, delivery times may differ depending on your country's customs and delivery regulations. A package will usually deliver to you in an average of 7-10 business days. We are not responsible for carrier shipping delays. Please bear in mind that we try our best to deliver your order as rapidly as possible.

We do not accept returns, nor do we offer any refunds for International orders. Should your merchandise be defective or damaged, we will then ship out a replacement to you ONLY following the instructions that you supply to us via e-mail or telephone.
30 Day Return Policy
We hope you are happy with your purchase and your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with your jewelry, we do offer a money back guarantee*. We will gladly accept your returns within 30 days since the date items are received.

- Your items must be returned within 30 days from date of receipt. Items received
after 30 days will not be accepted for return and these items will be shipped
back to you. The only exception is during the Holiday season: Orders placed
between November 1-December 25 can be returned until January 15. *Exceptions: Final Sale, Engraved Jewelry and International Orders are not returnable or exchangeable
- In order to qualify for a refund, all items must be returned in their original
condition, including the original packaging, manufacturer's containers with
all tags still attached. We will not accept returns if packaging is not in
its original condition, thus we will return such items to you. If you reject
that return shipment, Overstockjeweler.com reserves the right to liquidate
the inventory and withhold your credit and all costs related to return shipping
must be paid by the customer.
- When we receive your items, we will refund you the amount of the item. The
original and return-shipping fees are non-refundable. If you have received a free shipping offer and you return the entire purchase and/ or your returns drop your total purchase below the minimum amount required for free shipping, a flat rate shipping fee will be deducted from your credit. Your return
will be processed within 7 days of receipt. You will receive an e-mail to
the address given on your original order, notifying you of receipt of the
item and credit issued.
- If you have received a free gift offer and you return the entire purchase and/ or your returns drop your total purchase below the minimum amount required for free gift, your refund will be deducted for the value of the gift.
Payment Options
We accept the following major credit cards: American Express, Mastercard, Visa, Discover and Money Orders. Method of payments accepted for international orders are via Google Checkout or by using International credit cards.
International orders are pending approval. Please allow 2-3 business days to verify additional information needed for international customers. For faster processing, we recommend Google checkout option. All orders that are not verified will be automatically declined.
$25 Flat shipping rate for all International orders, with the exception of Canada.
All orders that ship to Canada are subject to a $19 flat rate shipping fee via USPS Priority Mail. Delivery takes approximately 6-10 business days.
PLEASE NOTE: All International orders are subject to additional verification of address, bank and bank phone number. Please provide Google with this information at checkout or your order will be placed on hold until you are contacted by a Google customer service representative.
To expedite the processing of your order, please be available at the phone number or email address you provided so that we are able to contact you, if needed. If Google verification department is unable to reach you, your order may be considerably delayed or declined. Who will deliver my order?
Overstockjeweler.com uses UPS service and USPS Global Express Mail. You will
receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
How do I track my order?
The status of your order can be checked on Yahoo through the link on your confirmation
order. Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with the tracking
number. You can also go to the WWW.UPS.COM and enter tracking number. For international
orders go to www.USPS.com and enter tracking number.
Can I return or exchange final sale merchandise?
Final sale merchandise is ineligible for returns and exchanges. Once purchased, it cannot be returned or exchanged.
Can I return or exchange engraved merchandise?
Engraved jewelry are ineligible for returns and exchanges. Once purchased, they cannot be returned or exchanged.
When will my order leave the warehouse?
Most items are guaranteed to leave the warehouse within 1-3 business days. Through
email you will receive notification that your order has been shipped. If there
is a delay you will be contacted immediately.
Do you refund shipping charges?
Shipping charges are refunded only
- If carrier loses package
- An item was shipped from our warehouse broken or defective
- We ship an incorrect item
- Product was damaged during shipping. If partial of the items ordered are damaged during shipment, we do not refund initial shipping fees. Please call for further instructions.
Defective/ incorrect/ missing merchandise from your order should be reported to us as soon as the package is received and not over 7 days since date of delivery. If we reship an item in these cases, there will be no second shipping charge.
Do you offer premium delivery service?
Yes. We offer premium next day and 2nd day air service for select items for
an additional charge. Please call this toll free number 1-800-586-0020 to see
if an item is available for this particular service. You may select premium
delivery service options at checkout and at that time additional shipping charges
are automatically added.
