HOW TO PLACE AN ONLINE ORDER
To place an order online, simply follow these steps:
Click "Add to shopping bag" button and adjust the quantity if needed on the shopping cart page and then click "Checkout".
Enter your Shipping and Billing information (Please make sure that the billing information provided is matching with what your bank has on file). Select the desired shipping method and remember to provide a working phone number and email address so we can contact you should there be a problem with your order. You will also receive an update regarding your order via email.
Select your payment method. You can either pay using a US issued credit card, PayPal, Google Checkout, or money order. If you have a coupon or a special instruction for your order, please enter it on the appropriate box in your shopping cart.
Last step, you will need to submit your order after reviewing all the information provided. Just click the "Confirm Your Order" button to send your order. To verify that your order was placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.

HOW TO FAX AN ORDER
To fax or mail in your order, please download the Order form and then fax back the completed form to 212-683-1782 along with your payment.

ORDER PROCESSING
Normally orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours after being submitted. We will need to verify your billing and shipping information and should we need further information, we will contact you via phone or email. You will also be notified when there is a problem with your order.
