My first experience was excellent. I am totally happy with my purchase and how easy it was to make. It was very important to me to have the wonderful little shoe I bought in honor of my seventh grandchild by the time I visited in Washington. I reside in California. It arrived the same day I did and I was able to attach it to my charm holder, along with the other six. It was a big success with all the children and even the baby boy was grabbing for it. Overall very satisfied though item did not make the transition from picture to actual as well as I had thought. It turned out smaller than I anticipated from the picture. Not the vendor's fault, just an observation.

I was very pleased with the pricing and the shipping but the description of the item was not accurate. They said the ring was Rhodium plated, it was not. It was Nickel plated. Big difference!! They shouldn't advertize something and send something else. Nickel is cheap and many people are alergic to it. Rhodium is much better. Also, they said the ring couldn't be sized by anyone. That was not true. My jeweler was able to size it and he Rhodium plated it for me. Overall though, it is still a nice ring.

I ordered a 2-carat CZ engagement ring for my wife as a gift. The ring arrived within 4 days, very fast for an overseas international shipment. The sterling silver setting is gorgeous, very well-made and the CZ stone is dazzling with incredible sparkle. I'll be shopping at Overstock Jeweler again very soon!

Wow I was stunned with everything, where should i begin? How about with quality it looks so real and i can wear with with my real diamonds, i feel so glamorous, as for the shipping wow crazy fast, and i love how the jewelry came in love boxes and wrapped in little velvet pouch, wow and so easy on my pocket, thank you so much life time customer! tons of compliments!!
