Very pretty necklace, but it is extremely easy for the chain to become hopelessly tangled in the pouch. I strongly suggest that it be hung on something rather than keeping it in the pouch.

I called the merchant to ask a question about the product and they returned my call the same day. I purchased the necklace and had it delivered UPS ground.
