This stunning ring features a fabulous 2.75 carat round-cut diamond CZ center stone in a four-prong setting. The band is shaped into a diagonal design to hold this gorgeous 2.75 carat CZ. This piece is both glamorous and eye-catching. This ring is a NY Fifth Ave Designer, but it has the style and grace fit for a Queen. Sizes 5 through 9 are available.
